Stephanie is the founder of Hope Reins Christian Counseling Center. She has a passion for helping people and animals alike, and feels incredibly blessed by the opportunity to carry out the dream of combining the two in her daily work. Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree from Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, MN and master’s degree from Winona State University. Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of MN. In the summer of 2022 she completed specialized training and certification from the EAGALA Network in the field of equine assisted psychotherapy. Stephanie specializes in working with children, teens, and families on any number of topics such as anxiety, depression, parenting skills and support, self-esteem, gender related struggles, family changes, grief/loss, and so on.
Gideon is a graduate level intern at Hope Reins. He is currently working toward his master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling through the graduate program at Bethany Lutheran College, after previously receiving his bachelor's degree in psychology from Bethany Lutheran College. Gideon integrates faith into the counseling process, as he takes a holistic approach to client care. Gideon has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
